ABOUT BRUCE FIFE
Dr. Bruce Fife is the world's leading expert on
coconut and health. He is the director of the Coconut
Research Center, a nonprofit organization dedicated to educating the public
and the scientific community on the nutritional and health benefits of
coconut. He is the author of numerous books, including "Eat Fat Look
Thin" and "Coconut Lover's Cookbook" and is the director of the Southern Colorado chapter of
the Weston A. Price Foundation. He lives with his wife, Leslie, in Colorado
Springs.
